Shipping Information

What Shipping Methods Are Available?
All UK Orders

Our orders are sent via RoyalMail/Courier and are normally delivered within 2 to 3 working days. Please note that this is not guaranteed and some parcels can take slightly longer due to bank holidays, or postal delays, especially during busy periods such as Christmas.

Outside the UK

Our international orders are normally shipped via UPS, DHL, FEDEX.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

The length of delivery and processing of orders depends upon your location.

• For UK Estimated time for Normal Delivery: 2 to 3 working days. Estimated time for Express Delivery for orders made before 3pm: Next working day.

Within Europe orders normally arrive within 3-5 days, to the USA and rest of the world between 5-10 days. As with parcels sent within the UK, some parcels can take slightly longer due to postal delays. Parcels may also be delayed by customs procedures as customs duty may need to be paid before your parcel can be delivered in some non-EU countries.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for items delayed in the postal system as this is beyond our control.




How much will the shipping cost?

We are always trying to keep delivery charges as low as possible,  Shipping charges for orders depends upon your location and weight of the products. Please note we also take packaging weight in consideration as well

For UK
Standard UK NON-Trackable 2-3 days delivery will cost from £2.99 according to weight of the product and will go up to a maximum of £5. Please note customer will not be provided with a tracking number for this delivery option.

Customers will also be provided an option to make their parcel trackable at an additional cost.

UK Next day delivery between 9:00am to 5:00pm up to 30 kilogram: £8. Orders received after 3pm will be processed on next working day. If an order is received after 3pm on Thursday, it will not be guaranteed for Friday or Saturday delivery. Similarly orders received after 3pm on Friday will not be guaranteed for Saturday OR Monday delivery.

•For Europe
Standard European NON-Trackable delivery starts from £4 according to the weight of the products.
Standard European Trackable delivery starts from £6.60 according to the weight of the products.

•For Rest of World
Standard European NON-Trackable delivery starts from £10.99 according to the weight of the products.

Standard European Trackable delivery starts from £11.24 according to the weight of the products.

Payment Information

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We accept payment from all valid Debit/Credit cards besides the American express card. We also accept payment through PayPal.

Do I need to pay custom charges?

Yes, in some countries you may be asked to pay the custom duty depending upon the law of your country.

Orders and Returns

How do I place an Order?

To make an order simply put the item you want in the shopping cart. Register your details and make payment.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No you do not need an account to place an order but, you do need to register on our web site to place an order.

On what grounds can an order be declined?

If the customer does not having enough funds in Bank/Card Account
If the Card is not authorized by bank due to any false information given while making the order.
We may reject an order if a customer wants to receive products on an alternative address which is different than the billing address.

Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

Yes, you can change any items in your order as well as can totally cancel the order by emailing us on before we dispatch the order.

How Do I Track My Order?

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box on our tracking page and press the “Track” button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

What should I do if my order gets lost, stolen or damaged during shipment?

For lost or stolen orders, please report your complaint within 2 working days after estimated delivery time.

For products damaged during shipping, please report us immediately on the day you receive them.
